Shipping policy

Standard Shipping 

- USPS is our primary shipping carrier. After your payment is verified, your order will be processed and prepared for shipping. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to ship. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.

-Orders placed with standard shipping can arrive between 2-5 business days after purchase. Length of time will vary depending on your zip code. Chelstin’s Wonders LLC is in Palm Beach County, FL. Thus, orders being delivered to Florida will arrive rather quickly. Should we experience any delay, you will be contacted by email or phone.

 Express Shipping ~ $26.50

All express packages are shipped out the same day if the order is placed before 12 PM EST. Orders placed after 12 PM EST are not guaranteed to ship the same day but will ship by the next business day. Express shipping orders placed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, before 12 PM EST will usually arrive within 2-3 business days from the shipped date.

* All items will be shipped out as fast as possible, or most likely the same day or the next day, but it is not guaranteed. If anyone wants guaranteed express shipping, it must be selected at checkout. Other than that, orders will be shipped out on a first-come, first-served basis.
